Your Questions, Comments, Suggestions About Sleep Please
After receiving dozens of requests for a sleep support package, we’re almost ready to release it to you.
This package is HUGE - because there are so many things related to sleep and it’s just so vital to our health and well-being.

I bought your relaxation product last week after a stressful period at work and just wanted to let you know that I have had fantastic results. I am already much calmer and sleeping so much better too - these feelings of being totally overwhelmed are gone and my focus is back! Thank You.

I’ve been testing it myself and even though I always thought I slept well, I’ve been waking up with more energy. I especially like the “Power Napper” when I have a really long day of work I have to get through. It revitalizes me in only 30 minutes and then I can keep going.

If, by affirmations, you mean subliminal messages, then no. We do not use any of those in any of our programs. We don’t need them.
Our programs perform their function using the natural power of the brain’s ability to create states of mind (and body) by generating certain frequencies of brain waves. Our programs do not need to coax and wheedle the mind into believing something it is not.
Our research has also uncovered clinical studies that show that the effects of subliminal messages are no more effective than a placebo effect.
All of our programs are based on verifiable research, not popular myth.

I received programs Laser Focus and Beta booster and still trying them out. Is the sleep program similar? Does it affect the program if you have go to sleep and wake up at different times? I am on call a lot of the times and my wake up times vary from 5a.m. and to 9a.m.

I use your Totally Tranquil and very recently your Laser Focus with great results so looking forward to the sleep program. My mind is often very active in the evening especially if I have been working late so something that could help clear my mind and have less interupted sleep would be very welcome!

Hi Jenna,
You are in the unfortunate position of having your biological clock reset frequently. We know from all of the sleep research that sleep is most beneficial when it is at regular times of the day.
You can help this by sleeping in a very dark room and when you do have to wake up, exposing yourself to a very bright light, as close as possible to natural light frequencies.
This will help you to regulate your melatonin production.
The sleep programs in the Digital Sandman package work on the same brain wave generation technology as our other programs, but are designed for different purposes. Laser Focus helps you to concentrate while you work and will probably help you to stay awake while you work.
There is a bonus program in the Digital Sandman package called Digital Expresso that will also help you to wake up.
The other programs in the Digital Sandman package are designed to help you to get to sleep and to sleep better. There are also programs in the package to help you to get re-invigorated and keep going if you didn’t get enough sleep the night before or have an unusually long work day.

Thanks for the glowing endorsement of Totally Tranquil and Laser Focus. I also use Laser Focus almost every day.
My mind is also very active and I often have trouble making it stop trying to solve all of my problems when I really need to sleep. I have had insomnia since I was a teenager, often taking 2-3 hours to go to sleep.
When I listen to the Digital Sandman program, I go right to sleep.
It sounds like what you need too.

Besides the great value of this product, I would emphasize though the importance of proper hydration. A technique I was taught about a year ago is to drink six glasses of water (it’s difficult when you are starting!) first thing in the morning. Then wait about 45 minutes or an hour (while you are getting ready) to eat or drink anything else. Then continue drinking clean pure water the rest of the day as normal. This technique stimulates all the internal organs and brings them rapidly to prime condition. You will feel the difference in a few days. Also another tip is to take ice cold showers. It will feel you with super energy and also make you sleep better at night.

I am downloading the Digital Sandman product as we speak, just in time for bedtime so looking forward to using it tonight! I love your other products and use them daily - not all of them at once of course, I’d be plugged in all day long!
It’s good to have them all at hand to help with whatever I need at that time. I have always liked hypnotheraphy and am very new to brainwave technology - very interesting and effective!

I quite agree with the hydration part, it is so important and I keep a glass of water at hand most of the day. For about a year now I have made a conscious effort to make sure I have had at least 6-8 glasses a day, sometimes more! It gives you so much energy and my skin is much clearer which is a bonus…

Hello… My problem is lack of delta sleep. I go to sleep easily, sleep at least 8-9 hours without major interruption, and wake up every morning feeling awful. Started after a prolonged period of acute stress. Sort of a post traumatic stress syndrome.
So, what does you sleep “tape” do to increase delta sleep and what data (other than testimonials) do you have to back it up.

I am using Holosinc till now but maybe I switch to your technology.
I found the technology in general very attractive.
Here are two Questions:
1. MP3 format. If used it clips information away. This should affect the quality?
2. I have used brainwave synchronization trucks. Going deeper Level by Level (in terms of base frequency).
How the use of your tracks will affect my previous use AL04 -Centerpointe?

I find it amazing that you can sleep 8 hours, uninterrupted, and not get any Delta Stage sleep.
Do you have data to back this up?
Seriously though, I’m not trying to make light of your problem, just make a point about objective and subjective experiences. I say this because you seem to discount testimonials. If the majority of people that use a program report positive benefits and effects, you can know that something is working. The technology itself has already been tested an proven so many times that it is a waste to reproduce those tests.
All of our audio tracks use a technology that is documented to produce specified brain wave frequencies. They will induce the brain to produce whatever brain wave frequencies we program them to produce. There is data and documentation of this all over the internet for anyone to find. This technology works and many companies are out there that are producing and selling audio programs that use this technology. If our programs did not do what we say they do, we would have a huge refund rate, which we do not.
Our “Digital Sandman” package has 4 different audio programs, each with a different purpose that supports getting better sleep and feeling more rested and energized.
The single program of the same title, “Digital Sandman,” gently lowers the brain wave frequency all of the way down to Delta and then raises it back up to REM Theta level. It does this in the time of an average healthy sleep cycle as established by sleep research at multiple research centers. By doing this one time in a 1 hour period, the natural sleep cycle is established and the brain will have the tendency to repeat it without the program continuing.

Hi Jordon,
The conversion of our programs to MP3 files do not affect the quality of the brain wave producing tones. This is not a recording of a symphony with all of its subtle nuances, it is simple tones that do not take a lot of bandwidth to reproduce accurately.
We have found that the programs are just as effective as low as 48kbps. We do not ever go lower than 192kbps in our MP3 compression. This is an established level of compression for aural transparency of CD quality music transferred to MP3. We are over doing it to make sure we never lose the effectiveness of our programs.
If you wish to continue using your Centerpointe tracks, our programs will not have any adverse effect. In fact, using our programs will most likely improve the experience you have with other programs because it gives your brain more variety in the frequencies that are being induced.
